According to Wikipedia the word ‘autumn’ comes from the ancient Etruscan root
word autu- and has within it connotations of the passing of the year. In keeping with
this sentiment, we feel autumn is quite reflective and like to think of this season as
the calm before the storm – all too soon the hectic present buying in over-heated
shops, wrestling with wrapping paper and other frantic festivities will begin.
So, take time out, grab friends, family and a drink and head outside with your fire pit.
